The government authority located in Bedford, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive snack and beverage vending services across its Lowell and Bedford Campuses. The selected provider is expected to deliver an integrated vending program focused on customer satisfaction, offering quality products and healthy, nutritious food options. The vendor must utilize state-of-the-art equipment designed to increase both satisfaction and profitability in vending sales.
All snack and beverage vending machines should be capable of accepting credit and debit cards, coins, and one- and five-dollar bills, with Apple Pay support preferred but not mandatory. Machines must feature built-in dollar changers and thermal overload protection, as well as all safety devices required to ensure continuous and safe operation. The vendor is also responsible for maintaining surrounding areas impacted by the machines, including the prompt cleanup of any malfunctions or repairs. A site visit is scheduled for June 10, 2026, and questions are due by June 12, 2026.
