(1) Vendor needs to provide SmartRMS solution.– A new cost reporting system and the RMTS solution must work in tandem with development of new system.– One year of hosting, support, and maintenance for each of the four (4) time studies– Training and support for PFD RMS Administrators– Online tutorials for LEAs and time study participants– Online help resources for administrative users and time study participants– Single sign–on for all RMS administrators (2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
