The airport operates continuously, supporting commercial airline services and accommodating substantial passenger and staff volume, including during holidays. The smart restroom solution should deliver real-time, accurate insights into restroom demand, help reduce the time restrooms remain in suboptimal condition, enable quick and touchless collection of customer feedback, and minimize product waste through usage-based monitoring.

Additional requirements include the ability to guide customers to available stalls or facilities, reduce physical touchpoints for both users and staff, offer a scalable platform capable of monitoring additional terminal areas, and require minimal infrastructure modifications for deployment. The contract for this project will be for three years.
