(1) Vendor needs to provide smart restroom solution.– Provide a smart restroom solution designed to monitor the usage of stocked items, assess the overall customer experience, and support custodial and maintenance teams in efficiently allocating staff and supplies to restrooms requiring service.– The airport operates 24/7, supporting all commercial airline operations and passenger and staff traffic, including holidays.– The smart restroom solution will provide accurate real–time insights into restroom demand, reduce the time restrooms remain in suboptimal condition, enable quick and touchless customer feedback, minimize product waste through usage–based monitoring, guide customers to available stalls or facilities, limit physical touchpoints for users and staff, offer a scalable platform for monitoring additional terminal areas, and require minimal infrastructure modifications for deployment. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 16, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.
