(1) Vendor needs to provide small software application development. Software needs can be best met by using Commercial Off–the–Shelf software. When Commercial Off–the–Shelf is not the best solution, the State may elect to either use Modified Off–the–Shelf software or develop custom software applications. Enhance or re–write pre–existing, installed software applications, either Modified Off–the–Shelf or custom software. Design and develop small custom software applications. To meet these needs by establishing a contract based on a statewide, indefinite delivery, job order, multiple award, fixed–price, deliverables–based framework, for use by any authorized state or local public body. (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on December 8, 2025. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2025.
