Vendor needs to provide small business support service. Deliver free, confidential, personalized business support and technical assistance to current small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs who are intending to establish, purchase or improve a business within agency. Agency’s goal of equitable economic development and support intensive Technical Assistance (“TA”) to agency businesses, agency residents and aspiring entrepreneurs intending to establish, purchase, or improve a business in agency. Provide business TA across all of the following areas, either directly or through partnerships with other organizations. Business planning and strategy. Feasibility analysis and financial forecasting. Operational analysis. Cashflow and other financial projection development. Marketing and communications planning. Access to government and community funding. Licensing, tax, and regulatory guidance. Referrals to trusted legal, accounting, and technical partners. Loan packaging and introductions to lenders. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026. The contract period will be for five years. Pre-bid meeting will be held on February 17, 2026.
