(1) Vendor needs to provide site improvements service to the government authority located in Brentwood, TN. – The construction and erection of a new masonry wall with dividers to store various materials topsoil, rock and waste material with a portion being a complete and weatherproof building with roll up steel door including electrical and mechanical components. – The demolition of existing masonry wall dividers, and bollards. – The furnishing and installation of a pre–engineered metal building roof structure including footers, frame and other appurtenances for a complete and vehicle canopy area. – Installation of a double door in the test shop building, and electrical and mechanical upgrades in shop building. – Installation of storm drainage inlet and piping to new headwall. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.
