The vendor is required to provide signs and sign hardware supplies, ensuring that all signs are palletized by size, starting with the largest and concluding with the smallest. All materials must be packaged appropriately to guarantee delivery in perfect condition and must be suitably protected for both shipment and storage.

Contractors or manufacturers must supply slip sheet paper for sheeting surface protection during packaging, storage, or shipping of finished signs. The slip sheet paper should be provided at no additional cost, in the same width and equal square footage as the finished signs. All finished signs must demonstrate a high level of appearance, be free of ragged edges, cracks, and extraneous materials, and display meticulous workmanship with sharply defined messages and borders.

Questions related to this RFP must be submitted by March 20, 2026. The contract will have a term of one year.
