The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, located in China Lake, California, is seeking to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Siemens software licenses. The scope includes both the renewal of existing software licenses and the acquisition of new licenses to support expanded operational needs. Software products include STAR–CCM+ Power Session, STAR–CCM+ Add 1, STAR–CCM+/CAD Exchange, HEEDS Bundle – Standard Network Config, Simcenter Amesim Advanced, multiple Simcenter libraries, Simcenter STAR–CCM+ Intelligent Design Exploration, NX Design Standard Floating, NX Design Premium, various Simcenter 3D modules, and Simcenter Nastran Basic.

In addition to license procurement, the contractor will provide technical services to support installation and resolve any issues related to integrating the Siemens software into the center’s operations. Interested vendors must demonstrate the capability to maintain the quality, reliability, and schedule required for ongoing software support and maintenance.

Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and certified through the Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information, with appropriate points of contact established and approved through the Joint Certification Program.
