DESCRIPTION

The government authority located in Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Operations Center (SOC) services. The scope of work includes supplying a security log aggregation tool capable of collecting logs from servers, workstations, network equipment, virtual environments, and other security tools.

Vendors are expected to provide off-hours monitoring by a dedicated team, support the aggregation and analysis of security logs, and help identify abnormalities or optimization opportunities within the IT environment through monthly operational reviews.
