Vendor needs to provide short term rental software. A cloud hosted software application that will allow public customers to register online for a short–term rental (STR) license, pay for the license and also report on and pay for occupation related to the short–term rental property through a PCI compliant secure payment portal. Provide dashboard and reporting capabilities of advertised property details including minimum night stay, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, maximum occupancy, property type, type of rental (entire home vs. room rental), nightly rate, amenities, parking availability, etc. System will update property and owner information through a GIS interface to assessor’s property database. Provide letter head graphic logo for notification letter templates to be printed in color. Dashboard displaying both compliant and non–compliant unique Rental Properties. Software solution to facilitate identifying, licensing and tax collection on short term rentals. Web–portal accessible 24/7 with secured, password protected user login. The payment portal will accept payment via Credit Card, Debit Card and ACH. Data shall be encrypted while in transit and in storage. Data collection must be run multiple times per week on a variety of days and time of day. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026. The contract period will be for three years. A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on February 19, 2026.
