The platform should allow users to search and sort short term rental listings by aggregated characteristics and address. Results should be exportable into customizable reports in Excel or CSV formats. Additionally, the system must support mass export of screenshots and photographs with identifiable information for documentation purposes.

Further requirements include the ability to identify unregistered or non-compliant listings, flag repeat violators, and maintain a jurisdictional map displaying all properties with differentiation of compliant versus non-compliant rentals. The software must issue timely notifications to both operators and municipal officials when violations are detected, and compile comprehensive documentation—including screenshots, availability calendars, guest reviews, and historical data—to support enforcement activities.
