The City of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive short form video production and distribution services. The scope of work includes filming, editing, and posting short video reels to social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. The primary objectives are to increase public awareness, promote city services and initiatives, and foster positive community engagement through the creation of high–quality, visually appealing, and informative short-form video content.

The selected vendor will be responsible for content strategy and planning, including monthly content meetings and concept development. Video production tasks span filming, editing, post-production, format adaptation, and ensuring accessibility. Additionally, the vendor will manage social media posting and engagement monitoring on official city channels. The initial contract term is one year, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by April 3, 2026.
