The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking interested vendors with successful past performance, current relevant experience, personnel/resources, equipment, and capability to provide shipbreaking services to dispose of up to 160` Inland Construction Tenders located between St. Louis, Missouri and Mobile, Alabama that have been deemed excess by the USCG. Please respond to the following questions: (1) Is your firm a large or small business? (2) If small, does your firm qualify as a small, emergent business, or a small, disadvantaged business? (3) If disadvantaged, specify under which disadvantaged group and is your firm certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act? (4) Is your firm a certified “Hub Zone“ firm? (5) Is your firm a woman–owned or operated business? (6) Is your firm a certified Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned? (7) Are you services listed on a GSA schedule? If so, which one(s)? (8) Do you own or have access to facilities between St. Louis, Missouri and Mobile, Alabama or near vicinity capable of scrapping a 160` (WLIC) Inland Construction Tenders and if so, have you scrapped vessels in past? If so, were the vessels from other government agencies, commercial customers or both? For government agencies, provide agency name, POCs and contract number. For all vessels, provide descriptions (displacement, length, hull materials, etc.). (9) If you do not own or have access to a facility with the capability to scrap a 160` (WLIC) Inland Construction Tenders between St. Louis, Missouri and Mobile, Alabama vicinity, where is it located and how do you intend on getting the vessel to your facility?
