(1) Vendor needs to provide SharePoint support and development services.– The agency requires a draw down contract for support days to assist in maintaining and expanding its SharePoint infrastructure, and to assist with SharePoint application development and support• Maintenance of the SharePoint Environment– Support for the agency’s EIT Operations team in maintaining and monitoring SharePoint, configuring SharePoint development, production, and an on premise multi tenanted environment– Advice on how to fully leverage the agency’s SharePoint investment– Support with administration of the development, production of an on premise multi tenanted environment• On–going development, enhancement and maintenance– Extension of current EDMS to be designed and implemented across the agency business units– Development of SharePoint applications using the “provider–hosted app” model– Development of SharePoint applications for an on premise multi tenanted environment– Support for the agency’s systems development team in day–to–day development using SharePoint – Support with administration of SharePoint applications• Strategic Support– Advice on best practice on how to fully leverage the agency’s SharePoint investment to include suggestions for further usage, extension to areas/functionality not currently used – Development of a roadmap for continued development of the agency’s SharePoint infrastructure (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.
