(1) Vendor needs to provide SharePoint online implementation services. The city SharePoint site will consist of the main page and approximately 12 subsites. The SharePoint site will consist of the main page and approximately 10 subsites. The city is interested in a digital employee experience for the new design. The final design must be a digital workspace providing seamless integration with the Microsoft 365 suite. Security must be a priority. SharePoint and police SharePoint sites must be mutually exclusive. Employees must be able to utilize the site to receive important information and knowledge; therefore, a design must make it easy to update and easy to find information. The city would prefer out of the box SharePoint. There must be a Search feature across and within libraries and sites. There must be a Staff directory feature pulled from available sources such as AD or Entra. (2) All question must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026. (3) A contract period will be for one year.
