Vendors must ensure the portal is regularly patched in response to updates to the Microsoft SharePoint platform, and offer integration with other systems where required.

Customization of web parts or features is expected, utilizing flexible modern tile designs, and including a built-in light human resource management module. Additional requirements involve the capability to migrate data, provision of full test systems for evaluation, and the ability to reproduce the organization's existing workflows. The solution should offer end-user content management, simple index and scanning integration, and handle application deployment efficiently. The contract period is for one year.
