The Agency is seeking a vendor to provide a ServiceNow solution that incorporates the use of Generative AI (GenAI) for automated content creation, strictly adhering to Agency brand guidelines. All GenAI-generated content must be reviewed and approved manually by the contractor prior to any publication, distribution, or business use.
The contractor will be responsible for implementing robust quality control measures, regularly monitoring the GenAI system for compliance, and providing mechanisms to allow Agency oversight, including human intervention to override GenAI functionality if necessary. For any GenAI systems or models developed under this contract, the Agency must be able to oversee development and testing processes.
