A development consultant service is sought to provide ongoing and flexible support for the ServiceNow platform in Washington. The consultant will be responsible for delivering expert assistance in IT Service Management Pro (covering modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Requests, and Knowledge) as well as Strategic Portfolio Management Pro, including support for programs, portfolios, projects, demands, stories, Scrum tasks, sprints, epics, releases, and collaborative work management.

In addition, responsibilities include supporting the Software Asset Management Pro module, facilitating custom API integrations (such as the current integration with Let's Talk), and managing integrated custom applications like CG4 for asset management. Expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), platform governance, environment strategy, and upgrade planning is also required. The role involves conducting architectural reviews, advising on technical debt reduction and 'back-to-box' configuration guidance, as well as assisting with road mapping, defining KPIs, and delivering performance analytics.
