This RFP seeks a vendor to deliver SEO, AEO, GEO, and content optimisation services to enhance the strategic, technical, and content-driven search optimisation for three primary organisational websites serving global markets.
The appointed partner will aim to increase organic site visibility and boost engagement by growing organic sessions, improving metrics, and achieving higher rankings for both B2B and B2C keywords with attention to international and localised search terms. The scope includes technical SEO improvements such as crawlability and indexation, robots.txt adjustments for non-Google markets, addressing core web vitals, managing template or duplicate content risks, supporting multimedia, and optimising URL structures.
Service requirements also cover future-proofing through AEO/GEO (AI search optimisation), including developing a structured library of AI prompts, providing recommendations for content structure and metadata to enhance large language model consumption, and carrying out AI visibility benchmarking. Additionally, the selected vendor will support internal capability building with SEO training, keyword research upskilling, and the implementation of governance and editorial processes.
Best-fit vendors:
• Proven expertise in strategic, technical, and content-focused SEO across global markets
• Experience implementing AEO and GEO (AI search optimisation) initiatives
• Capability in training and upskilling client teams in SEO best practices
• Track record with B2B and B2C keyword optimisation and technical SEO enhancements
• Ability to support organisations with multi-site, international presence
