(1) Vendor needs to provide self–sustaining application solution.– Self–sustaining application services and base services with a focus on continuous service improvement and innovation such as automation first and AI–enabled service delivery to increase efficiency and allow for knowledge transfer of application services and base services. – Provide insights and solutions, taking into consideration and outlining operational, tactic and strategic considerations.– Provide supplemental support for envisioning and strategic planning, User training and capacity planning.– Proposed emerging technology, including automations and artificial intelligence (AI) enabled initiatives.– Percentage of Incidents resolved through automation versus manual intervention.– Percentage of preventive maintenance tasks performed using artificial intelligence.– Third–party AI tools used, including associated licensing terms.– Logs of AI–driven decisions affecting AMS outcomes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
