(1) Vendor needs to provide self–sustaining application services with a focus on continuous service improvement and innovation, such as employing new technology tools, automation–first and AI–enabled service delivery, in order to increase efficiency and allow for knowledge transfer of application services and base services. (2) All question must be submitted no later than January 17, 2026. (3) A contract term will be for three years.
