A large-scale Pretreatment program in New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software for self-monitoring reports that are compliant with the Industrial Pretreatment Program (IPP). The required software should offer comprehensive management capabilities, including inspection, permitting, enforcement, sampling operations, and data management.

The system must support core functionalities such as managing general and discharge permit information for Industrial Users (IUs), standardizing enforcement processes, and automating sample event data import.
