The City of Taunton, Massachusetts is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive self-evaluation of its facilities and services. The scope of work encompasses city-owned and operated buildings, parking lots, playgrounds, parks, recreation areas, and right-of-way facilities, with the exception of sidewalks and ramps adjacent to public roads, which are addressed under a separate project.

The vendor will be responsible for evaluating accessibility and compliance of these facilities, coordinating and distributing surveys or questionnaires to facilitate a thorough needs analysis, and providing options and recommendations for involving city staff and the community in the preparation of a self-evaluation plan. Additionally, the vendor will facilitate public or staff meetings to identify key areas of city services and policies that require evaluation to inform a transition plan. Prospective vendors are required to submit any questions by December 28, 2025.
