(1) Vendor needs to provide self–evaluation services to the government authority located in Taunton, MA. – Provide an evaluation of city facilities including right of way, buildings, playgrounds, and pedestrian facilities. – sidewalks and ramps adjacent to public roads are included under the scope of another project. – Any and all items on city owned and operated property or in city operated and owned buildings, parking lots, parks and recreation areas are covered under the scope of this project. – provide options and recommendations regarding the involvement of staff and the community in the process of preparation of a self–evaluation plan. – Coordination and distribution of a questionnaire or survey that would identify areas to provide the needs analysis for the self–evaluation or transition plan. – Facilitation of public or staff meetings to fully identify areas of city services policies that require evaluation. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 28, 2025.
