Vendor needs to provide online self–assessment well–being tool that is a Software as a Service to support Upstate physicians, students and employees. The platform must already exist and be able to implement immediately. Must be able to provide versions for the following: Physician, Advanced Practice Provider, Nurse, Employee, Pharmacy Professional, Resident/Fellow, and Medical Student. Must be able to encourage self–awareness of well–being and give access to resources when individuals need them the most.
