This system should include integrated modules for track-and-trace, application registration, ID card issuance, licenses, certification systems, case management, an enterprise resource planning system, and data solutions. The solution must serve as the system of record for all seed-to-sale tracking of marijuana product inventory from initial cultivation through to the sale of the final product at state-licensed dispensaries.

The application and licensing component should facilitate the intake, processing, issuance, maintenance, and renewal of all required ID cards, licenses, and certificates. The proposed solution should deliver full-service capabilities within a single unified platform, preserving essential system functionalities and streamlining all related processes.
