(1) Vendor needs to provide security video management system.– Security Video Management System (SVMS) including the central software application, workstation client application if any, software licenses, data storage hardware, servers, maintenance, training, Implementation services and support.– Software should be installed on workstations located at multiple tollway facilities including central office, administrative office buildings, and mainline plaza offices as directed by the tollway.– Working with the traffic and incident management (TIMS) team to migrate their existing API calls for videos and searches to the new system, training the users on the use of the system, and testing the operation of the finished system as outlined in the RFP documents. – Migration of the 756 video devices and configuration of the 100 additional WWD (wrong way driver) video sources, the SVMS and all servers and storage should begin to be utilized by tollway staff during and after the 90–day burn–in period. – Integration and testing of the SVMS application in the IT data center. (2) The contract period will be for three years.
