The government authority in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide security network electrical and structured cabling services on an as-needed basis. This includes on-call general electrical work and structured cabling for the existing security network, covering a range of tasks such as repair, maintenance, replacement, diagnostic troubleshooting, and upgrades of electrical and structured cabling components related to the agency’s security systems. These systems may include video surveillance, access control, and parking controls.
Structured cabling work encompasses installation, relocation, and repair of fiber optic, low voltage, and Ethernet cabling and terminations. Additional tasks may involve installing, relocating, or repairing electrical circuits, diagnosing and locating faulty wiring, and installing conduit, junction boxes, mounts for cameras, proxy readers, as well as replacing or installing devices. The contract will span two years and is designated as a small business reserve procurement. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 14, 2026.
