(1) Vendor needs to provide security information and event management platform.– Traditional project management.– Recommend and facilitate purchase of SIEM platform that meets City’s project requirements.– Overall implementation consultation and guidance.– General configuration and knowledge transfer.– single sign on (SSO) with the city’s active directory configuration and or azure active directory (Ent raid).– Functional installation, configuration, integration (based on requirements) and knowledge transfer.– Reporting, dashboards and configuration knowledge transfer.– SIEM platform orientation or overview, online help, and training.– Guides, formats and consultation for preparation for configuration or API.– Collect all appropriate data from the city’s technical infrastructure, set up and configure normalizing, analysis, alerting and dashboards.– Support plan with thirty (30) day stabilization period with daily minor configuration corrections.– Performance testing of SIEM platform including the City’s setup, configuration, alerting and dashboards.– Responsible for readiness, transition, production launch and handover to support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
