Vendor needs to provide security information and event management platform. – The Agency expects to evaluate both Cloud Service (SaaS) Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform solutions and on–premises SIEM platform solutions. The agency prefers an on–premises platform but is open to a SaaS platform. • Traditional project management. • Recommend and facilitate purchase of SIEM platform that meets agency’s project requirements. • Overall implementation consultation and guidance. • General configuration and knowledge transfer. • Single Sign On (SSO) with the agency’s Active Directory Configuration and or Azure Active Directory (EntraID). • Functional installation, configuration, integration (based on requirements) and knowledge transfer. • Reporting, dashboards and configuration knowledge transfer. • SIEM platform orientation/overview, online help, and training. • Guides, formats and consultation for preparation for configuration or API. • Collect all appropriate data from the agency’s technical infrastructure, set up and configure normalizing, analysis, alerting and dashboards. • Support plan with thirty (30) day stabilization period with daily minor configuration corrections. • Performance testing of SIEM platform including the agency’s setup, configuration, alerting and dashboards.
