The City of Salem, Oregon is seeking a qualified vendor to fabricate and install custom security fencing within a parking structure. The project requires the installation of fencing in two open areas located on the second floor, SE corner of the facility. Vendors will be responsible for constructing custom steel frames precisely sized to fit the existing concrete structure. All frames must be fabricated from structural steel suitable for outdoor use and completed with a zinc-coat finish for enhanced durability.

Wire mesh panels are to be supplied and installed to match the existing mesh currently utilized in the SW stairwell of the parking structure. These panels must be securely fastened to the custom frames using appropriate materials, ensuring a strong and safe installation. The final assembly must be anchored to existing concrete walls and columns, meeting all structural integrity requirements.

The contract for this service will be for a period of one year. Interested vendors must submit any questions regarding the project by January 21, 2026.
