Vendor needs to provide security camera platform. – Provide and implement a modern, enterprise Video Management System (VMS) to replace the agency’s existing VMS. – Provide a robust, reliable and scalable complete solution for managing our existing video camera infrastructure that integrates with our existing door access control system. – Provide a complete turn–key solution that includes working directly with IT and police department staff to implement the complete solution, this includes the initial configuration and customization of the platform capabilities and user interface. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid conference/site visit will be held on March 10, 2026.
