A North Carolina agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and implement a modern, enterprise Video Management System (VMS) to replace its existing platform. The new VMS should offer a robust, reliable, and scalable solution that supports the management of the agency’s current video camera infrastructure and integrates seamlessly with the existing door access control system.

The selected vendor will deliver a comprehensive, turn-key system, working closely with both IT and police department staff for initial configuration, customization of platform capabilities, and adjustment of the user interface to meet agency needs. The contract is scheduled for a two-year period and includes full implementation support.
