DESCRIPTION

The vendor will provide a security awareness and phishing simulation platform capable of generating realistic, contextual spear-phishing scenarios using integrated large language models. The platform should support department- or risk-profile-specific templates, automated randomized drip campaigns, and the ability to clone, modify, or create custom HTML and text scenarios.

The solution should simulate emerging threats, including deepfake or synthetic voice attacks used in business email compromise and social engineering. It should provide automated remediation by assigning targeted training immediately after a user fails a simulation, along with real-time, AI-assisted explanations describing why the simulated message was malicious.

The platform must integrate with Google Workspace using SAML 2.0 for single sign-on and automated provisioning based on Google Groups. Vendors should also provide robust allowlisting documentation or automated delivery mechanisms that support campaign delivery while maintaining internal security controls. All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
