(1) Vendor needs to provide seasonal landscaping service to the government authority located in Berlin, CT. – Provide industry standard or higher quality services while maintaining a focus on providing a cost–effective service. – Provide the highest quality customer service to the town, not limited to, but particularly in the areas of reliability and billing. (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 10, 2025. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.
