Search Function Solution for Public-Facing Website

A Florida agency is seeking a vendor to provide a modern search function solution for its public-facing website. The new solution will replace the agency’s existing enterprise search platform and improve the public’s ability to locate and retrieve agency documents and records efficiently. The selected vendor will be expected to deliver a secure, scalable, and accessible text-based search solution.

The scope includes providing all labor, project management, software, licensing, implementation services, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, training, documentation, maintenance, technical support, warranty services, and other professional services required for a complete turnkey deployment. Required activities include project planning, installation, configuration, index creation, search configuration, website integration, and user acceptance testing support.

The solution must support migration of the agency’s current searchable repository from the Mindbreeze InSpire platform without disrupting public access to agency records. It must provide full-text and keyword search across designated public content, maintain an up-to-date searchable index for newly published materials, and return accurate and relevant results for users searching final orders and other public records available on the agency’s website.

The vendor will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive implementation schedule identifying project phases, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and anticipated completion dates. Questions are due by July 29, 2026.
