Ontario is seeking a robust enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for comprehensive search engine optimization (SEO) management. The proposed solution must offer a wide range of SEO features, including keyword tracking, backlink analysis, content performance monitoring, technical SEO audits, AI prompt and answer tracking, and seamless integration with various content management systems (CMS).

The platform will serve decentralized teams that manage and optimize digital content across hundreds of websites and social media channels. It should empower these distributed SEO teams by providing individual access to analytics and management tools tailored to numerous content publishers. Additionally, the SaaS solution must deliver actionable insights and automation capabilities to enhance digital content ranking and visibility on major search engines, as well as meet the evolving requirements of AI-driven content evaluation models.

The selected platform will be engaged under a three-year contract. Prospective vendors should be prepared to support a large user base and facilitate content optimization efforts across all of Ontario’s digital assets.
