(1) Vendor needs to provide science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics software. Solution’s features, safeguards, and functionality to ensure it is age–appropriate, secure, effective, and aligned with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education in K–12 environments. Solution supports STEAM education, including specific subject areas, interdisciplinary applications, and connections to real–world problem–solving. Provide examples of hands–on learning opportunities, including the use of tools, devices, or software to enhance creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. Provide research and evidence supporting the effectiveness of the solution in enhancing STEAM learning outcomes. Highlight case studies, pilot programs, or independent evaluations that demonstrate impact. Provide user–friendly, customizable, and visually clear reporting tools to track student progress and achievement. Facilitate access to and management of historical data, including tracking and maintaining records for longitudinal analysis. Solution ensures all content and activities are age–appropriate, educationally relevant, and free from bias or harmful material. Implement robust measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of student data, including encryption, authentication protocols, and incident response plans (for software solutions). Provide tools for parents and educators to monitor and manage student usage, including access to reports, activity logs, or customization of content and features.
