A school district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive sports-related photography and promotional video services. The scope of work includes capturing individual athlete portraits, team photos, and action-style posed images. The vendor will also be responsible for creating short-form promotional video clips, both horizontal and vertical formats, optimized for social media and ranging from 5 to 15 seconds in length. Where appropriate, slow-motion capture may be utilized to enhance the cinematic quality of these clips.

All photo and video content must be delivered in both full-resolution and social media–optimized formats. The district requires both transparent and branded background options, with consistent background and lighting to maintain brand continuity. Music-free raw video files must be provided to the district, and all deliverables must be supplied within 10 business days. The district will retain unrestricted use rights to all photos and videos produced. Optional group photos may also be requested as part of the service.
