Vendor needs to provide school photography services. – The vendor shall maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect all student and staff data provided or generated through photography services. – All photos taken by the awarded vendor will be of good quality, students will have absentee, retake, and refund privileges. • Below are specifications and requests for information that pertain to school portraits: – All business transactions and money collection will be handled by the studio. – Provide a sufficient number of photographers, assistants, and camera stations to ensure efficient picture days and minimal instructional disruption. – Photography company is required to provide at least 2 camera set ups and assistants during picture day. – All photos will come with 100% quality guarantee. – All images must be produced with proper lighting equipment. – Notification letters, flyers, envelopes, and posters must be provided by the photographer. – Company will take candid photos for yearbook support. – Must follow SPOA Digital Guidelines for yearbook & administrative database exports. • Service Items Needed: – Administrative File Export – SPOA Yearbook Export – All–School Composite – File/Sticky Prints – Class Composites – Yearbook Layout Software
