A Missouri school district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive school photography services. The scope includes individual portraits, candid photography for yearbook support, and delivery of required data exports for administrative and yearbook purposes.

The selected vendor will maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect all student and staff data handled during the course of the services. All photos must be of high quality, with students offered absentee, retake, and refund options. The vendor will manage all business transactions and money collection independently. Picture day operations require at least two camera setups and assistants to ensure efficiency and minimize instructional disruption. Proper lighting equipment must be utilized for all image production.

Additionally, the photographer is responsible for providing all necessary materials including notification letters, flyers, envelopes, and posters. The company must supply candid photos for yearbooks, follow SPOA Digital Guidelines for data and yearbook exports, and supply service items such as administrative file exports, SPOA yearbook exports, all-school and class composites, file/sticky prints, and yearbook layout software.
