(1) Vendor needs to provide school photography services. • Provide a sufficient number of photographers, assistants, and camera stations to ensure efficient picture days and minimal instructional disruption. • Must follow Digital Guidelines for yearbook & administrative database exports • Photography company is required to provide at least 2 camera set ups and assistants during picture day • All photos will come with 100% quality guarantee. • All images must be produced with proper lighting equipment. • Photos must be prepared for the yearbook according to yearbook specifications • Framed color composite picturing all seniors for the school’s use.
