A school district in Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive school photography and identification card services. The selected vendor will be responsible for scheduling annual planning meetings each spring with both the administration and individual schools to review contract expectations, photo day logistics, and the deliverables timeline for the following academic year.

The vendor must ensure communications to schools and parents are reviewed and approved by administration prior to distribution. Each student is to be photographed within the first three weeks of school, and sufficient promotional materials must be supplied to notify students, parents, and staff of the photo day, including package options and pricing. The service requires enough cameras, photographers, and assistants to photograph all students in one day per school.

Additionally, the vendor will provide up to three sets of rollover student and staff ID cards to all schools at least two weeks before the first day of school, using the prior year’s pictures. ID cards must be bar-coded for school use. The contract period for these services is one year.
