Summary:
Tennessee seeks a vendor to develop and manage an online school choice program management system with application, fiscal, and reporting features.
(1) Vendor needs to provide school choice program management system. – The Contractor shall create and supply a user–friendly online System. – The System shall include an Application System, Account Holder Management System, Fiscal Management and Payment System, Support and Training System, and a Reporting System. – The Contractor shall create and provide an Application System. – Allow input of personal information for multiple members of a household on the same application but maintain separate records for each individual student. – Provide the ability to mark any documentation uploaded as approved, denied, needs changes, or needs additional review and allow resubmission of denied documentation while maintaining original submissions. – Allow electronic verification and acknowledgment by the Applicant of required assurances and rules of the each program. – Allow designated user types to view application status, including what applications are in process, denied, incomplete, or approved. – Allow designated user types to upload or input documents on behalf of Applicants. – Provide Applicants the ability to view their signed attestation statements and contract documents. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2025. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 6, 2025.
