Vendor needs to provide school bus performance and operations dashboard creation services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. The school bus performance and operations dashboard will establish a pilot version of a public-facing online dashboard, through options such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI or others, that highlights school bus performance including electric, diesel, gasoline, and propane buses as available. Using data from telematics systems, maintenance records, charging data, and fuelling data, the selected contractor will build a dashboard to show key metrics, with comparisons across fuel types, which may include: Vehicle performance; Bus operational uptime/days in service; Average miles driven per bus; Total trips completed; Charging; EV charger uptime; Charging cost per mile; Energy use per mile or day; Charging success rate; Energy efficiency; Seasonal variation in energy efficiency and vehicle range; Other fuel use; Diesel/propane/gasoline gallons used; diesel gallon equivalent avoided for electric buses.
