(1) Vendor needs to provide school activity funds financial management and online payment systems. – Order reports that tie into financial system (account codes) to help reconcile sales and payments. – Integrate with a mobile or web app for supporters can browse, purchase, and donate via an app. – Public–facing storefront URL (e.g., subdomain) for supporters to browse and make purchases. – Automate manual tasks: order reconciliation, financial reporting, and payment record–keeping. – Support a mobile POS system: vendors / staff can accept payments in person via mobile app + credit card reader. – Dashboard to manage orders, filter by category, product, etc. – Tailor the platform to division structure (schools, funds, programs). – Generate checks, ACH payments, and purchasing card transactions. – Real–time, customizable (Ad hoc) reporting (by fund, school, timeframe). – Role–based permissions (e.g., bookkeeper, auditor, division admin). – Regular software updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements. – Support 1099 generation.
