(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA systems maintenance and improvements solution. • Utilize managed services for functions that require highly specialized skills and technologies to include cyber vulnerability assessments and mitigation, risk management, continuity of operations, incident response training, and support in implementing effective SCADA system maintenance and emergency call–out programs at both sites. • SCADA Systems from cybersecurity threats by providing discovery efforts, updated documentation of existing Systems, and establishing a progressive maintenance program specific to SCADA systems. • Maintaining software, firmware and implementing aggressive patching, remediation. • Responsible for reviewing and providing expert feedback/comments/direction on upgrade design and implementation plans for either or SCADA system upgrades • Adjusting plant control functionality through a combination of PLC or HMI changes – licenses to be provided by agency as needed/required. • Accessing the System to diagnose SCADA System issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to said issues immediately or after any appropriate delays to avoid disrupting Plant processes, operations.
