The project seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive migration and modernization services for a Proficy iFIX SCADA system. The scope includes reviewing the current Proficy iFIX environment, historian, communications, and reporting configurations, followed by the development of a detail-oriented migration and implementation plan with appropriate sequencing, risk mitigation strategies, and validation testing.

The vendor will be responsible for installing and configuring Proficy iFIX server software on a new agency-provided virtual server running a supported Microsoft Windows Server operating system. Migration tasks include transferring databases, tags, alarms, historical data connections, graphics, and configuration files from the existing system to the upgraded environment. Workstation upgrades will involve installing the latest supported Proficy iFIX client software on agency-provided Windows PCs.

Additionally, the vendor will deploy and configure the Proficy iFIX Webspace remote-access server on a new virtual server, ensuring secure user access in line with agency cybersecurity policies. The engagement requires comprehensive system testing to verify proper operation of all SCADA, historian, reporting, and remote-access functions, as well as the delivery of updated system documentation covering system configuration, backup procedures, and installation records.
