(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA support and integration services to the government authority located in Shelton, WA.– Providing supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) support services for the city’s water and sewer utilities on an on-call, as-needed basis.– Providing recommendations and assistance with researching, scoping, procuring, and implementing system upgrades or desired improvements across the city’s SCADA system.– SCADA system is comprised of a single software application using distributed Aveva (formerly Wonderware) System platform SCADA package for both utilities, communicated via ethernet and radio communication.– Troubleshooting system alarms, faults, and communication issues.– Assisting with research and evaluation of potential upgrades to SCADA hardware, software, and communication systems.– Ensuring SCADA system modifications are consistent with cybersecurity best practices and industry standards.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5,2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
