(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA software and system maintenance water utility. – Provision of semi–annual or more frequent system integrity. – This will consist of testing, emergency trouble shooting and repair, control loop testing, calibration, review of improvement plans (plant and collection system) as related to the SCADA system, installation of software and software upgrades, programming and troubleshooting, and display/communication modifications for the SCADA system. – Also included is updating system architecture schematics, wiring diagrams, maintaining logic documentation, building and replacing any racks and modules, and making upgrade recommendations. – The system includes computers with monitoring software, and communication hardware and software. – Monitoring the condition of their communication networks and reporting issues. (2) The contract period will be five years.
