The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive SCADA migration solution focused on developing, documenting, validating, and implementing a Remote Telemetry Unit (RTU) Mapping Program for existing field RTUs. This scope includes professional services to support the seamless migration process.
The project will involve the fabrication and/or modification of enclosures and control panels as required by the integration plan. Additionally, the vendor will deliver programming services for instrumentation and control systems to ensure compatibility and functionality within the migrated SCADA infrastructure.
Startup services, commissioning support, and on-site training will be provided to the Owner's personnel to facilitate effective operation and maintenance of the new instrumentation and control systems. The objective is to ensure a smooth transition with fully integrated and optimized field RTUs.
