A California agency is seeking qualified vendors to provide SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) integration and automation services for water and wastewater operations. The selected SCADA integrator will support both ongoing operations and capital improvement projects related to industrial control systems.

Scope of work includes the design, development, configuration, modification, and support of automation and monitoring software. The vendor will also be responsible for the development and configuration of Operator Interface Terminals (OIT) and Human–Machine Interfaces (HMI), as well as SCADA and HMI software systems. Additional services include alarm management, system optimization, software upgrades, patches, version migrations, and integration with existing systems and databases.

The project also requires the preparation of mechanical, electrical, loop, and network diagrams, as well as as-built drawings and configuration files to document the integration. All questions regarding the project must be submitted by March 10, 2026.
