A qualified vendor is sought to manage and integrate the SATRN software platform, as well as associated computer hardware and communication technologies, across U.S. government and international partner networks. The contractor will oversee the full system, including integration with the MC3 network, AWS GovCloud, and remote ground terminals, ensuring seamless and secure data exchange among all components.

Personnel assigned to this project will receive access to sensitive infrastructure such as the MC3 network, AWS GovCloud, various remote ground terminals, government partner networks, and systems supporting documentation and authorization to operate (ATO). The selected vendor will collaborate closely with U.S. government personnel at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) and other relevant sites to fulfill the technical and operational requirements necessary for ATO maintenance and to support dependable operation of ground stations linked to orbiting vehicles.

Additionally, engagement will be required with foreign mission partners, including those participating in the Square Dance (Five Eyes/FVEY) project arrangement or as otherwise directed, to expand the reach and connectivity of the MC3 system. Successful performance will involve coordination, integration, and compliance efforts across a multifaceted network environment.
